Research indicates that the pricing of houses in Australia has been dropping so far in 2018, and the trend is expected to continue.
Last month, the price of housing on a national scale dropped by 0.5 per cent. This is reflected in state trends, with the following statistics:
- Adelaide prices have decreased 0.9 per cent in the last month, and down 02 per cent in the past year.
- Brisbane prices have decreased 0.1 per cent in the last month, and remained even over the past year.
- Melbourne prices have decreased 0.2 per cent in the last month, and 0.2 per cent in the past year.
- Perth prices have decreased 0.3 per cent in the last month, and 0.4 per cent in the past year.
- Sydney prices have decreased 0.9 per cent in the last month, and 1.0 per cent in the past year.
